When providing care, we treat our clients with dignity, we aim to support and empower them and to respect their right to make their own decisions.

We pride ourselves on being transparent and truthful about the services we offer. We clearly communicate what we can and cannot provide, ensuring that we only take on clients when we are fully capable of delivering the necessary care. Our pricing is straightforward. The fees we charge align with what is outlined in our contract, with no hidden costs. While we are committed to delivering the best possible services, if we fall short, we will acknowledge it, learn from the mistake, and make the necessary improvements to enhance our service and operations. We embrace an open and inclusive approach: where any staff member can easily communicate with senior management and directors. We prioritize hiring care workers who take responsibility for their actions, are not afraid to admit mistakes, and are eager to learn and grow from their experiences. We also encourage them to speak up if they believe something is wrong.

Collaborative working: We firmly believe in taking into account the views of all those involved in the care of our clients - family members, doctors, nurses, office staff and carers – and in working with them all. Each carer is a valued part of our team and we listen to our carers and value their contribution and input, given that they see our clients on a daily basis and are often the first to notice changes in the wellbeing and health of our clients.

Commitment to quality of care We believe that we can only provide the best possible care if we recruit, train and retain the best staff who share the Agency’s values and who are committed to our vision. We value our staff for their commitment and passion in providing our clients with great care. We recognise that mistakes do occur, but when they do, we expect an honest reflection from all those involved so that future errors can be prevented.

We believe that a smile can make a difference, and everyone responds positively to it. No matter how hectic life gets, there is always time to smile. We understand that some of our clients spend long periods alone and eagerly await our carers’ visits to brighten their day. Our goal is to hire upbeat and positive staff who can leave their personal troubles behind and focus on spreading joy to everyone they encounter throughout their workday. This philosophy also extends to our office staff, who communicate over the phone, as we believe that a smile can be heard in their voice.
